Frank’s experience and vision were obvious from the beginning as it was clear he knows the business-knows how to do the job right! In addition, Frank’s pricing was very competitive for all that we ended up getting-a great value overall! Frank was able to stay on budget, within bounce of the projected timeline, and ultimately delivered an amazing outcome we are proud of. The design came out beautifully-well exceeding expectations on all fronts- a high quality job done right! The team. While pricing and timelines are important in any project, the real magic happened here for us with the people swinging the hammer. I was referred to Delarosa Masonry by San Antonio’s largest rock company. I called them Wednesday afternoon on August 21 and Frank answered and setup an appointment for the next morning. He came early, amazing. The project was for two 63 feet retaining walls to help stop erosion. I liked his proposal, gave him a down payment, and he sent materials and crew over that same day. We marked a winding path and the base trench was dug out and setup with rebar the afternoon of day 1. Friday morning early the crew came out and poured the base. The masons started laying stone down later on day 2, and the job was completed and cleaned on that 2nd day at 6:10pm. Best construction crew ever. My part to complete the back yard is backfill behind the walls with about 15 yards of soil, then lay down sod in February. See more See less

Frank De La Rosa is the way to go! He truly understands & believes in customer service & satisfaction. If and when I called, he would answer the phone and if he did not, he would promptly return my call to answer any questions I had. Frank and his crew began on a Monday at about 8am and they completed my patio with flagstone I had previously purchased by Thursday afternoon, ahead of schedule. The crew of 2-3 men took short breaks and worked extremely hard. Frank then came back a week later as he promised and acid washed the stone. It looks like the pics my wife & I studied online over the past few years, simply spectacular! De La Rosa Masonry completed stone and masonry work on the front of my home. The grout in between the stone looked like a road map throughout. Luis was sent out to complete the project and he did a great job. He completed the mission efficiently, matched the existing grout flawlessly, and the clean up was superb.
